Jal N. Karbhari Solicitors & Notary joins the Equal Opportunities Commission as a signatory of the Racial Diversity & Inclusion Charter in July 2026

We are honoured to stand among those who have chosen to be held to a public standard by signing the Equal Opportunities Commission's Racial Diversity & Inclusion Charter. More than 500 organisations have made this commitment and we are glad to count ourselves among them.

Our Partner, Yezdi Jal Karbhari, signed the Racial Diversity & Inclusion Charter for Employers on behalf of the firm. The Charter sets out nine goals for building inclusive policies, culture and working practices.

Signing the Charter matters to us, yet we know it is only a starting point. We commit ourselves to advancing racial diversity and to making inclusion part of how we work. It is a privilege to work alongside the Equal Opportunities Commission and to play our part in helping Hong Kong become a more inclusive place to work.
