ASSISTANT SOLICITOR
About the Role
An excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to take on meaningful responsibility, manage their own caseload, and work closely with partners in a supportive and dynamic environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in case preparation, legal research, and drafting of documents.
- Attend client meetings, court hearings, and conferences.
- Maintain accurate files and records in accordance with firm policies and with limited supervision.
- Prepare and submit court filings whilst ensuring strict procedural compliance
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- LLB Degree and PCLL Qualification with a solid academic background
- Minimum of 1 year of Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a strong advantage
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
