LEGAL EXECUTIVE

What You'll Do
- Draft, prepare, and review court documents, correspondence, and client communications to exacting standards
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure seamless case management
- Assist solicitors and senior practitioners with legal research, document preparation, and matter coordination
- Manage court filings and coordinate timely delivery of time-sensitive documents
- Maintain meticulous records and case files in accordance with firm protocols and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with clients, counsel, and court registries with professionalism and discretion
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant legal, paralegal, or professional office experience
- Demonstrated expertise in civil litigation procedures and legal documentation
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a strong advantage
- Meticulous attention to detail with outstanding organisational capabilities
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining accuracy under pressure
- Officially completed a Legal Executive Course and met all Benchmarks of the Law Society of Hong Kong
